It is a nice e-commerce indian company with good customer service at approximately all over the india including sub-urban and rural areas with cash on delivery system whereas others charges extra for shipping the parcel.
The quality of the product is as it is shown in the website as I have purchase sparx kitos and delivered as same as it is shown.
The delivery time of the product is within a weak as I lived in rural belt area so this may be improved so that rural people are also getting their product faster.
Mobile apps and website is fare and fast.
The reliability of returning the product is also good but take more time.
