Orderd a tape dispenser 8 days back from flipkart, today they inform me that the product is not available and that they go out looking for products once an order has been placed, whatmore they just mailed me telling we are refunding the money and thats it, no steps taken to rectify the problem created by them, not at all expected out of flipkart, indias leading online shopping site, not recommended for products other than books coz I think thats the only thing they stock and for everything else they depend on vendors.
