I ordered a Micromax LED TV 42C0050UHD 106 cm Order OD404358852761350000, which I received on 9th Nov 2015. around 11.00 AM. Upon opening the box and connecting to power I was surprised and disappointed to see the screen was broken. Before noon on the same day I raised a complaint [Incident: IN1511091106555761893] with Flipkart. and exchanged multiple emails on the same day reporting the issue and getting responses from Flipkart expressing their regrets(however the regrets and sympathy was just fake regrets).


Since the day I reported the issue 9th Nov, I have been calling them everyday and explaining the same issue and getting false promises that the case will be dispatched to the highest priority and I will get the resolution immediately. Even I got the resolution dates which were all false and the dates got extending again and again, though they have sent me written email communications about the resolution dates. First it was 14th Nov then it went to 15th Nov and then now today it happened to 19th Nov.


Even the damaged piece is lying at my place and waiting for pickup by the Flipkart guys, however they don't send the guys for pickups nor they send the new piece to me.  they dont even update my order details on my Flipkart account and the Customer Service guys just show their fake sympathy and request me to give more time to resolve the issue.


I am just trying to understand, what is Flipkart doing since 1 week that they have not initiated a reverse pickup of the damaged product and they have not yet shipped the new product for a week now.


I had a good impression till now on Flipkart which they have lost it with their repeated false promises.


I also had to talk about the packing of the 42" TV which was not packed well by the Flipkart guys which they usually do for all other small products, where as I also ordered a smaller TV on Snapdeal in this same week and they have Shipped the product with so well packing. This makes me feel that Flipkart has started showing their greed for business/money and going down on its service to the customers and the products on their portal.


This is the pathetic experience which I never had with any of the e-commerce sites as I am a regular purchaser online and might have done hundreds of orders online.


I am still waiting for replacement of the product. Shame on you FLIPKART for this kind of service with False promises.
