Hi,
I would like to bring to your notice that I have made purchase order OD607229206171415000 on flipkart
Redmi 3S(actual cost Rs 6999/-) in offer where I got discount of Rs 500/-.
Unfortunately the product was defective for which I have raised request
1020726618916336833 for replacement of product.
But flipkart executive informed me that replacement is not possible due
to unavailability of stock and hence I will get refund amt Rs. 6499/-, with
which I can not buy another Redmi 3S phone.
For this I have to bare loss of Rs 500/- due to defective product.
Now I want flipkart to help me with:
6999/- with which I can buy another phone when the sale is up.
But instead I got this mail as per their flaw policies
"I would like to clarify you that the offers and discounts for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period and hence we will be unable to provide the discount amount of Rs.500/-"
As for the fault of the product why should I bare the loss of Rs. 500/-?
This people sending defective product and not helping customer with proper resolution. Where executive is ask to bear the loss of Rs. 500/-.
So this is my fault that I bought product from Flipkart?
