Its has changed in the way real customers cant stand by. horrendous customer service after buying a smart phone of 30k. they asked me to download an app and do exercises for an hour and then do this and that. I felt regret for shopping this site. have to say I had never experienced such treatment in 2 years of online shopping before that.
Now my question is, should we really support this kinda indian company or go after amazon.in where no questions are asked and best CC, plus products are lesser than on flipkart.
By the way once I got fictitious product too.
these exps make me not to buy anything above 500/- for next 1 year at least
