I was ordered Pigeon Electric Kettle - recived a damaged piece(happens to everyone sooner or later), asked for a replacement and got one in two days flat(full marks to Flipkart for this)
It would have been perfect if the story ended here.
The vendor(who in my opinion deserves a "Zero" - given a 1 star as its the closest) sent some other brand as a replacement and it was damaged too - now for this I take exception with Flipkart as well. although Flipkart refunded this purchase in two days - I didnt order and waste a week to get a refund.
In my opinion Flipkart should week out such dealers so they dont end up getting their hard earned reputation tarnished.
