I purchase product online since last 6 year.
I place my first online order on flipkart in COD mode of payment.
Then I have zero experience in online shopping.
after six days later I receive my product .
after that I continue my online shopping on flipkart and other websites.
My experince with online shopping is very good.
customer support of the flipkart is also good and we can manage our order online also like cancel it, return it, and replace .
