Befor I started purchasing on online I thought what I should do I they sent a wrong piece or damaged piece? will they respond? will they listen or agree? will they return money?
these are the questions pinching me inside.
when my bought a mobile with defective piece I thought they wont respond. but I was there with him while he was calling to customer care centre and they responded properly and they replaced the mobile. from that time I have changed my mind than I started buying from flipkart.
nearly I have purchased 4 mobile without any defect.
