This is regarding my refund of Rs. 3911 for order id no. OD31208095606. According to flipkart they have initiated the refund on 20th Aug 2014, but till now after passing 21 days I have not got the refund. I have given flipkart the credit card statement of mine which clearly shows that the refund was not came to me.
But flipkart is not serious about the issue. I request your intervention in this case. And ask flipkart to refund my amount of Rs. 3911.
