Flip-kart is one of the finest brand in our country, but when we come in the service part it is one of the worst service I have ever seen, its not a very logical thing because when we hope about any company we just need the good quality and services, even the call center when we calling we just need to wait and if there is not an experience person to handle that situation the customer getting very irate, I purchased a shoes and that shoes is not like which I ordered, so I called at least 5 to 10 time, while I m waiting in the call the call was dropped again I called and after that someone receiving the call and it might be they disconnected after that again I called and someone told me there is some technical issue going on so call was dropped. everything is acceptable it could be possible I understand but when I finally connected to the customer service I talk very politely but they people are shouting on me just because of I said that, sir I waiting from a very long time and now I cant wait anymore because I have to go somewhere and I need the right shoes because its not my fault, they said sir you have to wait because whatever in my hand I can do for you but its not my fault that you ordered and you got the wrong one, then I just politely said so you thing its my fault that I placed an ordered with flipkart, at least they need to be show some empathy even just for feel me that yes there is someone who want to help me, but I believe that its all about connecting the people without customer no one company can make the brand. so I was very disappoint the service with flipkart I just put down the shoes in the dustbin and I went to market and purchased the new one even I placed a replacement but nobody call me and come to take the product from my door step,
