I have been following the tv serials for last seven years forcefully as my traditional gujrati family loves it and since I have nothing else to do during that time I also sit in front of tv and I must say some of these serials are entertaining but now after watching a recent episode of kyunki saas bhi bahu thi I have realised ekta kapoor and her team of writers who probably have no brains also probably dont respect their audience intelligence and also iam quite sure in order to meet deadlines there are no quality checks if the current track of kynki is to be believed.
I know that most of india would be aware that tulsi the iconic but doormat virani bahu died last after being sent to asylum by her own family thanks to a blanket coverage by news channels and so to mark her death in episode her date of birth was shown to be 9140 and her death was shown to be 2007 but when show took a time leap last year in the intial episodes she was shown to be dead and then her date of birth was shown to be 1963 which quite clearly is big lapse on the balajis part and in a attempt to suit their story needs her date of birth was pushed twenty years back and another big lapse was with regards to mihirs beard where in one scene he has ful grown beard next moment when he goes to office he is clean shaven and again on return to house he has full beard which is miracle in life sciences which can be achieved only in ekta kapoor serials*
*i think it is high time they undertake quality checks and not take their viwers for granted
