I feel this review is:
I wanted to book travel thru Flamingo but the travel agent takes forever to reply back. They have horrible customer service. Especially Ms. Maitri who handles the international travel packages is the worst. Promise after promise will be broken and you will be kept hanging to wait for them to provide a quote. The quote provided would be even more expensive than the price of the hotel/resort themselves(if you directly book from their website). International tour travel department is the worst. Dont even speak English properly. They have been BLACKLISTED by some hotels because of their poor customer service.
