The album, ''Fiza'' presents some trendy, and overall, generally good music. Anu Mallik has done very well in composing the music for this album, and it helps the album to stand out quite well. The album features the singers, Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Sunidhi Chauhan, Karsan Sargathiya, Kadar Ghulam Mustafa , Murtaza Ghulam Mustafa, Jaspinder Narula, & Asha Bhonsle The album begins with the song, ''Aaja Mahiya'', sung by Udit Narayan, and Alka Yagnik. Both singers prove to be well versatile in the song, and always sound great together in duets. This song is picturized on Hrithik Roshan, who looks good when he lipsyncs Sonu Nigam and not so much Udit, and the actress, Neha who matches Alka's voice almost quite flawlessly. This song is a typical, Indian romantic item, and it's outcome is just about average. The song is far from one of my favorites; however, it isn't a dull and drab number. The next song in the album, ''Mehboob mere'', is a peppy item number done by Sushmita Sen. This song features the stunning, and versatile vocals of the singer, Sunidhi Chauhan, whose renditions are perfect for the song. She has a lot of masti, and zest in her voice. She sounds very convincing, which in turn makes the song compile. Her voice looks great on Sushmita, who does a commendable job in her performance of this song. Karsan Sargathiya murmurs a few renditions in this song; and he lends a bit of support. I don't think he is really needed in the song, as his voice is a bit irritating at first, and he only sings roughly 5 lines. The music of the song is superb! I just love the music! Anu Mallik has proved to be quite versatile in composing music in this song, and it is pure magic! This song is my most favorite out of the entire album, and my favorite amongst all the item number songs Sunidhi Chauhan has rendered. I don't know how many times I've pressed the repeat button on my stereo for this song. It's amazing!! Next, we move onto the song, ''Fiza'', rendered by Alka Yagnik and Sonu Nigam. Alka sounds melodious as usual in slow, romantic songs, and the same credit goes to Sonu aswell. They both sound good when paired up, and this song definately steals the glory from Aaja Mahiya. The music is very well composed in this song, and I could guarantee that you would be repeating the song a few times, as it is a good number. Here we come to another peppy number, ''Gaya Gaya Dil''. This time, Sonu Nigam does a solo, and he sounds very energetic and flirtitious in the song. This song is good, but I wouldn't say it's amongst one of the best in the album. It's a typical, ''guy flirting with girl'' type of song. The music is alright, not compared to the magic done in Mehboob mere, but it works. Overall, this song is a good number; however, it doesn't seem to catch my attention very much. We move along to the next song in the album, ''Piya Haji Ali'', sung by Kadar Ghulam Mustafa and Murtaza Ghulam Mustafa. This song seems to go well with the name, ''Fiza'', and matches the theme of the movie quite well. I'm not very familiar with the singers; however, both do a fine job in their renditions. The second last song in the album, ''Na Leke Jao'', is one of those sad and depressing notes. Jaspinder Narula does a good job rendering the song, and the song flows quite nicely. I'm not always a fan of such songs; however, I found this one to be exceptional. The last song in the album, ''Aankh Milaoongi'', is rendered by Asha Bhosle, who sounds quite comical and interesting. The song, in my opinion, is far from being appealing, and I wouldn't mind pressing the skip button on my stereo if this song came on. It's a typical, ''non-sense'' making song. It's picturized on a intoxicated Karishma Kapoor, who makes a scene out of herself in some restaurant I believe. Anyways, again Anu Mallik fails to create the same spark which he created in Mehboob mere, but it doesn't affect him either. Overall, the music of Fiza is generally okay, and if you want my recommendation, listen to the song Mehboob mere first! I guarantee that you'll like this song as much as I do!..Happy listening viewers!!
