Had been very frustrating and pathetic experience with these freelancers.
I opted for freelancer to save my money as my budget was not matching the company's requirements.
But over the time I experienced that I ended up paying almost more than that.
Since last 1 year have been trying hard to get my project live but due to these freelancers my life has been hell.
They r here just to loot your money. They will show no empathy about your product or timeline or money.
Big disadvantage you can not hold them if they run away with your money.
Then they all r working somewhere else this is their part time job hence forget that you will get your project on time.
They will make you to beg me for project n status. Sometimes they r also not reachable.
Then keep adding this or that extension n asking more money from you. As you r already stuck with this guy hence you will have no option.
And trust me you will never find a single dedicated person for your project. Sometimes even their developers run away n blackmail you for money otherwise they will scrap your data n project.
It's a bad world my fellow people. It was my bad luck that nobody warned me before I started working with them. On my project till now 4 different people have worked as you will never able to continue working with same person. At some or other point you will loose your patience and give it to a new freelancer.
This has been my story. I lost my partners as I showed trust in these money suckers. Now I ended up working alone on my project. So beware from giving your project to freelancer. Not only you will lose money n time but also you may start loosing interest from your project.
This world is full of bad people and one of their category is called freelancer.
