Red Bus -horrible website with no customer support

I had booked ticket for two members. I got last message at 4:35 PM for my boarding for 7:00 PM. There was no mention of boarding place. I got a call around 6:15 PM for change of boarding placeĀ from the original boarding place as mentioned on the ticket. P.S. according to ticket the boarding place was near to my residence, which would have taken 5 mins to reach the boarding point.


The change of boarding place was far away from my residence. It would have taken 30 mins with peak traffic and above all I had no conveyance to reach the boarding place. My husband is suffering with high temperature. We tried talking to everyone not to change the boarding place in such a short notice.


We reached our original boarding place at correct time with my two small kids and my husband suffering with high temperature. We waited there for one hour . No one came to pick up.


We all suffered a lot, had lot of embarrassment and harassment. I am going to put this feedback on the all related websites. I had to cancel my trip.


At least I will never recommend Red Bus now to my colleagues and friends.
