Employers are never worst. Don't say again. It may be possible that you some bitter experience with any employer and any company. But it does not means that employers can be worst. Have you hear that Boss is always right. Its 100% true. If you want do job with any employer or in any company. Please some attention on following things.
- Do you really need a job. or Do you want to Job.
Both words is different. If you really need a Job, You can get job easily. But if you want Job, may be you get or not. If you don't need a Job, Please not submit your resume in any company. Don't waste your and his time.
Think Positive. If you really want to do Job, Your thinking must be positive. You believe yourself, Your Organization and of course in Your Boss. No work is difficult in this world. If any task given by your employer, You must say Yes, I can do it and I will definitely do this work.
Salary depends on your performance. When you go for a Job first time, Salary is a big issue between you and your employer. You always expect more Salary than Reality. Expectation is not Bed but You must know that Salary always depends your performance and talents. From the first day to till last day. Suppose that You have an MBA, than you expect that your salary must be started from 50000 Rs Per Month. It's wrong. Degree is not related with your Salary. If you really want to do Job, You must not expect any Salary, You must say that, They give a chance for showing your talent or They can give a Platform where you can show Performance. If your performance outstanding than your employer absolutely give a better salary.
Don't Switch Your Company in less time. When you Join a Company, after some times such a 6 Months or 12 Months, You think that your salary or position must be grow. If it not happen, You started thinking switch a company. It is a bad practice. If you want a long time career, Big Salary and Good position, You must believe in Your company, You must take to try to win faith of your employer, You must show your Reliability to you organization. You will definitely get many benefits.
