Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt.Ltd, almost a 30 year old company started out as the brainwave of Dr Apoorva & Sonal Shah themselves certified beauticians & makeover artists in the early 80's. Since then the company has grown through various good & bad times but has specialized in the field of Trichology, the study of Hair. Richfeel has modeled itself as the pioneer & protege of this brand of cosmetology & beauty therapy.


However, a ripple in a pond rarely creates a deluge let alone a rainstorm does it now! We see a lot of advertisements for Anagrow & Richfeel's association with Ailesbury of London. Rather than running down the company which I'm at liberty to do with gumption, but I'll still divulge a lot of malpractices, unhealthy habits besides misplaced conceptions which still shape the thinking of the management! This will give the readers a true picture of the hoopla that this spurious & fragile company is subjecting its customers to!


Firstly, Hair Transplantation, Management & Treatment is not as one thinks only due to factors like having perennially bad hair days or hair losses! A host of factors like diet, exposure, work environments, stress, age & overall health & well being go into it. A perfectly healthy individual may have bad hair, or hair loss & a person in a poor state of health can have excellent hair. Meaning any customer has to be properly examined to get to the root of the problem, but these people need instant results so the treatments offered are at best purely cosmetic.


Anil Ambani once said when he battled with Mukesh for control & annexing his part of the Reliance Empire "Watch out for 3Cs - chamchas, chelas and cronies, " This applies a little too verbatim in Richfeel. Being an extremely unprofessional, rustic & hackneyed type with little or no administrative control except a top down kind of cascade, it never ceases to amaze that no employee save the 3C's hold the reins or can aspire to the same due to their obvious disassociation with the hierarchy & top management.


Malpractices & massive cover ups rule the day to day working of this company in the sense that Hair Loss is mainly like a movie confined to the elite of the bigger cities so its yet to penetrate into rural areas where more herbal, primitive & age old methods for ensuring better tresses, manes have been doing the rounds for centuries at much cheaper costs & efforts. Clinics of the company in rural, tier 2 cities, towns have yet to prove & entrench themselves. Lots of working capital is ploughed back into the upkeep of these pseudo clinics.
