Fairtech Engineering Services is the worst company. Review on Five Worst Employers

I saw many outburst and I just want contribute my bit for the benefit of Stress/FEA/Design engineers especially who are living in Bengaluru.

1. Fairtech was formed by Mr.Subramani, this person has stolen wealth of materials from HAL & CADES before starting the Fairtech venture.

   
   




2. Another person is Dr.Sivakumar Kandasamy, he is another cheat another thief who has stolen many things from Satyam, CADES & NAL before forming Fairtech. He has simply stolen stuff without knowing what to do with them. He was served notices by CADES for stealing proprietry information, he also was sacked by Satyam for screwing projects related to Aerospace.

   
   




3. Buddi Sagar, he is also another cheat, Subramani who hates Sivakumar wants Buddi Sagar to fill up his position in future. B'cos Siva Kumar is not an intelligent cheater.

   
   




4. There is widening gap and differences b/w the top three executives, this is the reason why no. of. customers have reduced from about 15 to almost 1 today. The no. of employees has been stagnant, when it was formed the no. of employees were about 15 and now it's same. Earlier there were experienced people, now only freshers are there. These freshers are paid consolidated Rs.10, 000/-.

   
   




5. Work place

   
   

a. No canteen

b. No place to eat food

c. Stale water with visible dirt is drinking water

d. Toilets are very unhygenic and not maintained properly

e. Opposite to toilet is POOJA ROOM where the top man(Subramani worships everyday)

f. No transportation, No insurance, No PF, Salary not paid in time.

g. Some senior employees leave when salary is not paid to them.

h. Dr.Siva is a III class HR head, he never allows Akshatha & Sheela to take any decisions.

1. Whenever employee resigns they go after him by cutting salary, threatening 3 months notice period(even if there is no work for the employee).

   
   




2. Recently, they charged Rs.1.5 lac from a senior engineer who got job outside, such money is used for paying salary. B'cos both Buddi sagar(Design) & Dr.Sivakumar(FEA/FATIGUE) are busy screwing up clients and their projects.

   
   




3. The company is cheating employees by many arbitary rules and laws, these will become evident only when the employee resigns.

   
   




4. Salary is paid anytime b/w 5 & 15th of every month, be careful if you have a home loan, you will becoem defaulter.

   
   




5. Free tiffin is served on some pooja days and some sweet boxes are distributed to employees on some occasions, recently an exiting employee was asked to pay Rs.800/- as adjustments towards'free sweets' and'free sweet boxes'. Dr.Siva is behind this disgusting act(HR Head).

   
   




6. The company recruits people on many promises like sending to onsite work etc etc, but once you land there they will ask you to manage somehow w/o paying.

   
   




7. Dozens of engineers have come from onsite in midway for lack of funds, one of them even threw stones and damaged furniture of the office out of frustration.

   
   




8. Many exiting employees shout and thump desks and make loud exit, none of the ex-employees recommend this dirty company.

   
   




9. The company literally runs on fake licences and many a times client has rejected the work b'cos the work were carried out on fake / illegal licences.

   
   




10. The top management is so third class that every employee is treated with suspicion.

    
    




11. Dr.Siva hates Subramani  and Buddi Sagar hates Dr. Siva, Dr.Siva was fumbling when Buddi Sagar bought a brand New Toyota Altis car. He even was saying to other employees that the car is used by Buddi Sagars' wife and not by Buddi Sagar himself.

    
    




12. Dr.Siva hates HAL people b'cos he's from NAL, a govt organization which has ZERO reputation. Incidentally both Subramani & Buddi Sagar are from HAL.

    
    




13. Buddi Sagar is involved in another company affairs secretly, he provides customer details and routes some work to firms for commission(15-20 percent).

    
    




14. Dr.Siva has literally spoilt the company to such an extent that Subramani goes to another company as consultant(IGNIS).

    
    




15. In 2010-2011 alone company has lost 6 clients, thanks to reckless attitude and technical knowledge of Dr.Siva & Buddi Sagar. Subramani however is doing good job at IGNIS in the absence of two technically poor collegues(Buddi & Siva)

    
    

FEA/Fafigue/Design Engineers be aware of this company, please pass word to friends as well. Top management is hopeless, don't know why this company is still in existence. It should belong to dust bin.
