DUMB AND DUMBER. Review on Five Worst Actors of Bollywood Movies

The Worst Actors of Bollywood encompasses a whole lot of craps that dared to enter the silver screen not with the talent of acting but with the baggage of either Star Sons/ Singers/ Models.

I have refrained from writing about Abhishek Bachan, Tushar Kapoor, Kumar Gaurav, Suneil Anand (all have such great famous dads) as most of my friends in MS have done justice in their views.

I have deliberately picked up Models and Singers who have tried to enter this big Bollywood zone only on the basis of the earlier profession they were good at.

1.SONU NIGAM: ---Singer and former Anchor of Sa Re Ga Ma.

What a voice!! His lilting numbers in Kal Ho Na Ho, Border, Deewana (his own album) and others are pleasant to hear. He brings a new dimension to the songs he renders. But Sadly, His movies are completely washout.

We already have the Versatile Kishore Kumar who was a gr8 singer and a marvelous comedian too. So I guess this must have inspired Sonuji to step into K.K.?sshoes.

Sonu made a grand debut in ?Kaash Aap Hamare Hote ? with Juhi Babbar and he really looked chickened out in every scene. Though he is at ease with his own music videos, he is big zero in emoting. C?mon he does not fit the bill either of Chocolate Hero or any Action hero either.

His 2nd flick ? Love in Nepal? was a major disaster. But this has not deterred our Singer from again trying his luck in movies. Now he sports a new look ---resembles like a poor copy of Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma (watch him in Indian Idol) with a burning ambition of making it Big in Movies. Any takers?????

1. SHAAN: ---Singer and current Anchor of Sa Re Ga Ma.

Again his voice chords do the magic. His favorite numbers: Suno Na, Bhool Jha, Tanha Dil and others have a melodious blend of harmony and divinity.

He too made his debut in Kalpana Lajmi?s DAMAN. Most of us remember it for Raveena?s finest performance till date. Do u remember Shaan in it???? Yes, he is in the later half of the movie paired opposite to Raima Sen. Shaan absolutely looks nuts when he acts. He always smiles even in a serious scene. A major flaw in Kalpana?s movie. Since then, Shaan quit acting and is more serious in singing. Wise decision unlike Sonuji who still harping to be another K.K. Maybe, Shaan should give a piece of mind to Sonu.

1. DEEPAK MALHOTRA: ---An ex-model.

If looks could kill, it was Deepak Malhotra. He was the famous model for Reliance suiting. Every time he would walk the ramp, women would whistle at him. He surely know how to carry himself in fine cut suits and everyone was eager for the release of Lamhe (not for Sri or Anil) but for great debut of D.M. in Yash Raj Films.

And what a cameo it was!!!! Flop! His famous words ?Pallo? with his Awful Voice put us off. That was his end in movies before he ever began. All the body language he carried so far in Modeling came tumbling down??.

Still he tried his luck in N. Chandra?s Tejaswini.What was he doing in out and out Vijayashanti?s movie? Only Chandra sahab can answer. Then finally he bid adieu to movies and hibernated in some European country only to be rechristened as ?DINO MARTELLI? and to open a restaurant in Mumbai.

WoW! An Italian name to bury the past!!!!

4.ZULFI SAYED: Model from Bangalore and winner of Gladrags Manhunt 1997.

He was the blue-eyed boy in Ramps and modeling circuit. His hair truly fitted his name. Just like other fellow models, he too made his debut in a movie called Pyaasa that had YUKTA MOOKHEY too. Phew!! 2 dumb models trying to act in some inane movie. Whether he sings, acts, cries, emotes, smiles ----he looks dumb in every frame. He was also seen in Chupke Se..recent one. Total Faltu!

5.HIMANSHU MALIK: Model. And the crown for the dumbest model -actor goes to Himanshu Malik. When I first saw him in Music video ?Aafreen Aafreen? with Lisa Ray, he looked cool dude . My friends vouched that he is the Next Happening Thing. Then he was in Sonu?s Kuch tum socho, kuch hum soche song from Dewaana Album. Looking very dashing with Gul Panag.

With waited breath, we saw Tum Bin. Priyanshu stole the show leaving Himanshu in cold.

Himanshu reminds me of the famous character from Archies..Duhuh!..MOOSE!!

All Brawns and no brains!!!!. Look at him in smooching scenes in Khwaaish?What a deadpan face!!! He is completely wooden .

Other model turned actors like Arjun Rampal, Millind Soman , John Abraham are somewhat better than their counterparts.
