The sinking ship of love!

Love is said to be eternal.  But love always has the most ridiculous, most annoying moments, and in this era, heartbreak is just too common.  I have just read that'Love is a temporary madness which errupts like an earthquake and then subsides', and it certainly is not too hard to believe.

At those situations where'love sucks', when some one leaves you, sometimes even without giving you a chance to express your feelings, it hurts, and it hurts the most when misunderstood, and as long as you know that you are right, you need not be ashamed of anything, and it may be better to listen to these songs rather than spending the time looking in perpendicular direction to the sky or swimming in alcohol.and also knowing, where your calculations went wrong and did any idiot play a major role in ruining it.

5) Sach Keh Raha Hai Deewana(REHNA HAI TERE DIL MEIN)

Sach keh raha hai deewana

Dil na kisi se lagaana

Jhoothe hai yaar ke vaade saare

Jhoothi hai pyaar ki kasmein

A great song from one of my favourite movies.  Each word Madhavan says to Dia is too memorable, and he does very well in this song, which I believe has got lots of hidden meanings, the real feeling of a broken heart, how hopes get crashed unexpectedly, and how love proves to be painful, just a feeling of how life turns upside down.  I have found this song equally heartbreaking as well as energizing, with the lyrics which will keep you thinking.

4) Tadap Tadap(HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM)

Tadap Tadapke Is Dil Se Aah Nikalti Rahi Hai

Mujhko Saza Di Pyaar Ki Aisa Kya Gunaah Kiya

To Lut Gaye Haan Lut Gaye

To Lut Gaye Hum Teri Mohabbat Mein

You could really feel a real heartbreak in this song, you could just know the amount of pain that the heart is going through just by listening to this song from one of those few sentimental movies that I love to watch.  I never knew the significance of this song when I first heard this one, and I found not too interesting, but now I know how beautiful, and more over how realistic this song is.  I just love the words of this song and I believe that as long as you have a heart which has got atleast a certain amount of love left in it, you just can't resist this song.

3) Yeh Hai Meri Kahani(ZINDA)

Yeh hai meri kahani, khamosh zindagani

Sannata keh raha hai, kyun zulm seh raha hai

Ek dastaan purani, tanhayi ki zubani

Har zakhm khil raha hai, kuch mujh se keh raha hai

This song from Zinda is a part of the list for being too smooth, and I do feel that this song has the capability to heal the hidden wounds of heart with its melodious tone, even if this song may not seem to have any relationship with heartbreaks or anything like that.  That is why I found this song unique.  I have always had a certain amount of relief after listening to this one.  'Har Saans' from the same movie is another great choice, as it keeps your spirits high.

2) Woh Lamhe(ZEHER/JAL)

Woh Lamhe, woh baatein,

Koi na jaane, thi kaisi raatein,

Barsaatein, woh bheegi bheegi yaadein

Woh bheegi bheegi yaadein

This is the song which has always given me a new feeling, and I have never found any other song touch my heart better than this song, and I felt it sung from the heart and not from the lips.  The part of the song where it says about the depth of the love, just sounds too real.  'Woh Lamhe' does manage to bring those beautiful moments to life, which you can never forget, those moments which you want to happen again or the ones which have made your life a great one.

1) Aadat(KALYUG/JAL)

Waise zinda hu zindagi bin tere main

Dard hi dard baaki raha hai seene mein

Saans lena bhar hi yaha jeena nahi hain

Ab toh aadat si hai mujhko aaise jeene mein

I have to say that this song is simply marvellous.  This happens to be one of those songs which I loved right from the first time I heard it.  I have always found this song touching the depths of the heart, especially in the middle, when it tells more about the torture that the heart is supposed to undergo.  After watching the movie, the song becomes even more sentimental.  As long as you have the feeling of rejection or seperation, you will always feel her presence when you hear this beautiful song - trust me, it does happen, because I had been hearing this song continously for almost two hours now.
