I am not writing this review to rate 5 sad or refreshing songs but I am writing this to remind myself that I still love her and will continue to do so even though she is getting married on 2nd March(It has been 3 months that she left saying she would not go against her parents wishes). Those three years were the best of my life and no I dont want to get over it, forget it or regret it, I am just thankful to her that she came to my life and made me understand what love is. May she find her destiny and love.

When the pages of my life end

i know she will be one of its most beautiful chapters

and if I get chance to read again

i will open it from the page where I met her

Oh my god! what am I doing, I think I went overboard there but hell I wanted to share my emotions before listing the five songs that remind me the most about her and those times. Forgive me if they are not able to help you in getting over your Heartbreak. These are just my personal choice and views.

Yeh Hai Meri Kahani - Strings(Zinda) - Lyrics: Anwar Maqsood

The music and lyrics of this song are outstanding and somehow relate to the situation in which I am. Faizal has done a brilliant job and his voice has some depth in it. One thing I will like to add is that this song grows on you.

ab na koi paas hai

fir bhi ahsaas hai

Tere bina Zindagi se koi - Kishore Kumar(Aandhi) - Lyrics:Gulzar

What can I say about this song, its a legend. Lyrics, Music, Voice everything has depth in it.

tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa to nahi

tere bina zindagi bhi zindagi nahin

Last Christmas - George Michael(Faith) - Lyrics: George Michael

One of my old favourites but not for the https://lyrics. Recently when I heard it then only I realised that it was the lyrics which made it such a big hit.

  • Last Christmas I wrapped it up and sent it

With a note saying'I Love You' I meant it

Now I know what a fool I've been

But if you kissed me now I know you'd fool me again

Honthon Se Chhoo Lo tum - Jagjit Singh(Premgeet) - Lyrics: Indeewar

I dont think I am someone who can comment on Jagjit Singhs voice. Out of this world. Again lyrics is what makes me listen this song again and again. This song has a positive attitude about it.

Aakash ka sunapan mere tanha man mein

Payal jhankati tum aa jawo jiwan mein

*Hum ne tujh ko pyaar kiyaa hain jitana - Mukesh(Dulhan Dulhan) - Lyrics: Indeewar

A very old song which I recently heard after a friends comment(not exactly a recommendation). *

roye bhee to dil hee dil me, mahafil mein musakaye

tuz se hee hum  teraa ye gam  baraso rahe chhupaaye

pyaar mein tere chupake chupake, jalate rahe hum jitanaa, kaun jalegaa itanaa

I would also like to recommend the recent album by pakistani band jaal, they have a raw energy to their songs and lyrics are also very good.

Hey you still here. Thanks for reading. Comments invited.

'I know in reality we can't be together, so I just close my eyes and you're right here with me. in my dreams you're mine forever'
