I was first introduce to the Enid Blyton Famous Five series when I was in the 5th grade. And I must say it is one of the best children mystery series. The series of book is based on the adventures of the five children Dick, Julien, Timothy, Anne and the tomboy Geogina( George). Their adventure is also accompanied by their dog named Timmy. The author made a good effort to keep the stories simple yet very gripping. The words and lines are written so the children can easily understand but still every page is a delight to read. Once you start reading you can't keep the book down and every chapter ends with the line " What's going to happen next'. Every series is a different adventure.
I highly recommend this book series to all the children.
