Not Christmas, but New Year maybe?

This is a review after a whole year’s worth of hibernation so if it sounds weird, unsmooth and unchocolatey in parts, don’t be surprised.. I must admit, I don’t watch movies much, simply because I find it too difficult, near impossible actually, to sit down for 2 or 3 whole hours and give my full attention to something.

And besides, I hate the unrealistic way most movies solve whatever climax they had worked up and so what I do is that I watch it the first two thirds and then stop watching and just decide a nice, likeable ending for myself and don’t bother with the movie.

But then again, I am the girl who doesn’t like Black(how dare they waste so many awards on it?!), Titanic (fake) and a whole bunch of other famous movies, so maybe this review will seem out of sync. However, there ARE a few which I like and those are the ones mentioned here.

None of the movies are Christmas movies.  I just wanted to write about a few movies which I feel are not getting the attention they deserve but (no) thanks to Mouthshut's limited categories, there’s just no other place to write. So if you were searching for Christmas movies, I’m so (not) sorry, but really, these 5 movies are much better!

They are simple, yet highly complex movies which tell it like it is.
