Though Suresh Wadkar sang for some of the big and best banners of all time, he is little known in the arena of filmdom which, indeed, reflects the ego-centric nature of Indian film fraternity.
Suresh sang so many songs that it might be difficult for me to sum up his career and singing prowess in just five songs but as the demand goes, I will try my level best to do justice to his illustrious career and down to earth personality.

From the movie SADMA, this song has always made me feel nostalgic and asking for more.
Simple words, yet beautifully sung.this is a classic song from a classic movie. Music by music maestro Ilayaraja does complete justice to the situation and the song, but it is suresh who should be given compliments for putting forward this particular song in such soothing and refreshing manner.
How can anybody bring such simplicity in a a song of this kind, which is more philosophical and spiritual in kind. But Suresh does it with great ease and I really wonder whether I will ever be able to hug my life.ponder over that.

yet another feather in the cap of this accomplished singer, this song from Chandni is again nostalgic but in different way. If you have loved and lost then this song is for you. I have, therefore I can relate to the song as how we ignore people when they are with us, while how much we miss them when they are not around. It surely trigger pain in me and tears troll down my eyes thinking of the pain my loved one must have gone through.
Music by Shiv-Hari adds to the charm of the song but again it belongs to suresh more than anybody else.
Meri Qismat Mein Too Nahin Shayad.
What shall I write about this song? I am spell bound whenever I listen to this song. It has the charismatic appeal and my heart skips a beat when thi song is played.

From the movie UTSAV, this song is more classical in nature thus bringing us face to face his grasp over the classical music.

Lakshmikant Pyarelal have given us many soul stirring numbers but this is unique in itself.
