Title: SHAHRUKH - THE BEST
Review: Hi friends- this is my first review and I have choosen this topic because I am a big fan of bollywood movies and I really loved the characters played by Shahrukh khan. The five best movies of Shahrukh according to me are:-
*1. KABHI HAAN KABHI NAA.
*I simply loved this movie. Its a story of a normal guy who does nothing, a big failure in studies and the only thing he knows is music. He performs in a group and falls for the only girl of her group who incidently love somebody else. He never minds in telling lies to win her heart, creates differences between her and her boyfriend and somehow manages to fix marriage with her, but lastly pulls back when he realises that she really loves the another guy. It was the role brilliantly performed by him and though the movie was never a big commercial success it always remains close to my heart.
2. Mohhabatein.
This was a real good movie and was commercialy very successful. Shahrukh played the role of a music teacher with a hidden past. He comes to' Gurukul' to teach music and spreads love everywhere. His girl friend has died but not their love. This role was perfectly played by him. I loved the climax of the movie where he shuns the strict principal by his convictions. I think it was one of the finest performances and a well controlled one for him.
3. Kal ho na ho.
As the tag line of the movie goes Kal ho na ho, the hero of the film believed in it. Shahrukh played the role of a person who suffers from a heart disease and knew he is going to die very soon. still he lives his life to the fullest, spreads joy and happiness everywhere and never showed his fear of death infront of anyone. A perfectly played role by him. I really liked his eye expressions in the movie and his eyes speaks a lot and says everything .
4. Veer zara.
A recently released movie. The movie was promoted by the name of Madan Mohan - The legendary music director whose uncomposed tunes were utilised for the movie. Shahrukh played the role of an Indian Navy officer who works in the rescue team and falls for a Pakistani girl and goes back to pakistan to bring her back. She is getting married to someone else and when her mother insists him to go back, he agreed to come back alone.
The girls fiancee traps him in pakistan' s police custody and asks him to agree that he is an Indian spy else he will ruin the girl's life. He agrees and accepts all the charges against him and remain in the jail of pakistan for 22 years to save the girl's name. One of the finest love stories I have ever seen and I really loved shahrukh's performance in the movie.
5. Dil to pagal hai
The movie was a great hit and had some lovely sound tracks. Shahrukh played the role of an event manager cum actor cum dancer. His passion for music and dance makes him meet his dream girl and he falls for him. It was a musical love story in the real sense.
After seeing the movies of Shahrukh from close quarters I must say that he is the only hero who manages to end the movie without any action in the climax. Most of his movies reached their climax by his emotional performances rather than actions .
Earlier the hindi movies were meant to be end with a good fight with the villain and hero emerging victorious. Shahrukh ends his movie with his dialogue deliveries and emotions whether it is a Mohhabatein or Dil to pagal he or Kuch Kuch hota he or Kal ho na ho, or Kabhi Khusi Kabhi gam.
There are lot many movies which are left in the list but my choice was restricted to five only.
