I am hereby mentioning the best 5 Hollywood Heroes, and my selection criteria is purely restricted on my choice. I am mentioning those heroes who are still active in Hollywood (and have some name), and I love them, infact I am their fan. But one bad thing is also there, just 5 choices I can include although there are so many great actors hollywood have produced. So here is the list in Countdown order.

5. Denzel Washington and Leonardo DiCaprio - I was confused between whom to mention, so I put both names in the list. Denzel born on 28 December 1954 at New York, was one of the gem of actor, basically a drama actor with some nice action power too, did many wonderful movies. His emotions are natural. He started his career in 1977 with a TV movie Wilma.

I liked - Crimson Tide, The Bone Collector, Inside Man, Dejavu, American Gangster, The Taking of Pelham 123 and Unstoppable.

Leonardo, one of the young actors Hollywood have, born on 11 November 1974 in LA, can be again listed as a Drama-special actor, emotions and enthusiasm mixed. He has done some nice roles, which nobody else can do better. He started his career in 1991 with Critters 3, and best known for his lover-boy image of Titanic.

I liked - Titanic, Catch me if you can, The Aviator, Blood Diamond, The Departed, Revolutionary Road, Shutter Island and Inception.

4. Nicholas Cage - Born on 7 jan, 1964 at Long Beach, California, this actor shows the enthusiasm of the likes of newly joined actors in all his movies, and he is basically known for his treasure-hunting movies. Natural emotions and Lovable characters. "The Rock" and "Face Off" roles are my best.

I Liked - The Rock, Face/Off, 8mm, National Treasure 1 and 2, Next.

3. Jim Carry - The best comic actor of Hollywood, born on my birthdate 17 January, 1968 (Ofcourse, year is different!) at Ontario, Canada. And why he is the best comic actor, its because he has the ability to make different kind of expressions in one go. He can laugh during bad conditions, and is always known for the best role (tailor-made for him) of "The Mask".

I Liked - The Mask, Dumb and Dumber, Liar Liar, The Truman Show, Bruce Almighty, Fun With Dick And Jane, Yes Man.

2. Johnny Depp - Born on 9 june, 1963 at Kentucky, this actor has the class, and I can say, one of the best for sure. He is specially known for children-loving characters, as he have more children-format movies under his belt. He is the versatile actor, and the man who did the maximum makeup on his face, to depict different characters for different movies. You cannot distinguish him in all movies, until you know the starcast. He is best known for the lovable pirate role of Capt. Jack Sparrow.

I Liked - Chocolat, Pirates of the Caribbean, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland, Sweeny Todd.

1. Will Smith- Well, here you have the name of the actor, whom I liked most. Born on 25th Sept, 1968 at Pennysylvania, he have the perfect emotions, who can express the expressions of poverty, liking, bad conditions and enthusiasm, packed in one. Best known for the role of Agent J from "Men In Black" and Chris Gardener from "The Pursuit of Happyness". He is specially known for his emotional and the sci-fi roles.

I Liked - Bad Boys, Independence Day, Men in Black, I Robot, Hitch, The Pursuit of Happyness, I Am Legend, Hancock, Seven Pounds.

Other than these my personal "Best 5" list, there are many others who are world-class actors. Just to mention - Tom Hanks (Investigative roles), Orlando Bloom (Historical), Matt Damon (Younger Boy image), Bruce Willis (Action), Jake Gyllenhaal (Day After Tomorrow and Prince of Persia), Jackie Chan (the funny Martial Arts expert), Robin Williams (Children-loving character), Martin Lawrence (Comic) .(*only mentioned those who are active and established)

GRuchirG.

P.S. Pardon me for not-so-good english used here, since I hate tenses right from the beginning :) And this review is not for weak-hearted Grammer Genious :D:P
