First of all, i am really sorry to have put my list in the wrong category.i am gonna give u a list of 10 english songs which I like, and not necessarily do they fall in the'love songs' category!
1.'love will keep us alive' by EAGLES.
I am a huge fan of this really romantic song rendered in a very soft and sensitive voice!
2.'Animal Song'-by SAVAGE GARDEN.
I love this number which is fast paced and mellow and talks about freedom and liberty!
3.'The only thing that looks good on me'-by BRYAN ADAMS.
This track too is fast paced and peppy and I love it for the lyrics and the tune.
4.'Candle in the wind'-by ELTON JOHN
This song, dedicated to Lady Daina is loved by moi for the words and the over all feel of the song!.a gr8 song!
5.'scarbourough fair and Canticle'-by SIMON AND GARFUNKEL
These are two songs sung simultaniosly and the effect is magical!.Paul simon has done wonders, he is a genius!.i also love'bridge over troubled waters' and'the sound of silence' by this duo!
6.'brick in the wall'-by PINK FLOYD
This is a fantastic song, when heard without the refrence the lyrics wont make much of sense but if you see it with the video or in the movie'the wall' you know what its all about!
7.'a new day has come'-by CILENE DION
I love this song for the fantastic composition that it is and for the magical voice of the singer. I also like'power of love' by Dion for the amazing range that her voice travels through!
8.'Rythm divine'-by ENRIQUE EGLISIAS
Though its a fashion for guys to hate Enrique but I feel that his songs are very hummable and peppy, I love the pace of this song, also his other songs from the first album are great!
9.'black magic woman'-by SANTANA
I love the style in which this song has been sung!
10.'Take my breath away'-by BERLIN
This song has been used in the movie TOP GUN and is one of my favourates! The lyrics the tunes and everything else is just perfect!
