Ok so, nowadays there are a lot of actresses trying to be like madhuri dixit or the legendary Rekha and Hema Malini. To me, the truth is that every actor/actress is unique. They have their own style of talent. But personally I have a few favourites. Everybody must I?m sure!

Firstly...

<PREITY Zinta>She is amazing! I think she has the cuter side of beauty in an actress. She?s great in showing her emotions and this shows in films like: Kal Ho Na Ho, Dil hai tumhara, chori chori chupke chupke, the hero...etc. she is my top actress because well, everyone from Mauritius loves her for one thing (I don't know why, but I do as well) and people seem to think I look like her (only people from Mauritius). She is just unique...I can't quite explain! She also has an original look and way of doing things. Like in chori chori chupke chupke, she had that child for salman and was totally ok with it but when it was time to give it up and everything, she just couldn't and that is a natural reaction but the way she showed it I rather admired it!

Secondly?

<RANI Mukherjee>she is like a much younger version of mother Teresa! Just by watching her acting, u can tell that she is such a considerate and kind person in her real personality! It?s amazing how an actor's performance can tell you so much about their personality in reality. The films I liked her in are: hum tum, mujhse dosti karoge, kuch kuch hota hai, chalte chalte?etc. She suits the more relaxed or ?chilled out? roles than the hyperactive schoolgirl role! She is in touch with her self-respect as well as her culture and my friends (guys) like to refer to her as cute! J My favourite performance done by her is mujhse dosti karoge.

When she is secretly in love with Hritick Roshan but she has to deal with him being in love with Kareena Kapoor. The way she keeps herself to herself and is a total good girl, u can imagine her being like that in reality! She?s unique!

Thirdly?

<AISHWARYA Rai>She is ultimately and obviously a beauty queen! She has so much potential to go as far as someone like Halle Berry or Jennifer Lopez or Catherine Zeta Jones! I mean, as well as being one of the most beautiful women in the whole world, she speaks fluent English with a fluent accent and has dignity along with intelligence.

She is truly one of a kind with extreme talent. The reason she isn?t my top actress is because I wouldn?t consider her my favourite actress as everyone else does, u know, because she is so beautiful?bla bla bla! Yes, she?s beautiful, but because of her beauty, people don?t bother to see her other potential. I liked her in: Jeans, Khakee, Devdas, hum dil de chuke sanam?etc. she fits the role of a queen or princess?however, she wouldn?t be all stuck up and obsessed with money. She would just be a jewel sitting on a pillow! So to speak! I liked her best in Devdas.

The outfits moulded her body and the embroidery on them complimented her eyes! She fit so well into the role of Paro! I would actually like to meet her because she looks like the kind of person one can have a civilised conversation with.

Fourthly?

<BIPASHA Basu>a.k.a ?Bips? is known as the sultry queen! She does roles that only an over self-confident woman could do. I admire this about her. Seeing her in Jay Sean?s new video made me very proud to know that a beautiful bollywood actress had agreed to involve herself in British urban Asian music. In the U.K a lot of people refer to her as a ?slag? because she was the first to wear a bikini or do a sex scene in a bollywood movie! She is not a ?slag? but a trendsetter. Since her performance in ?jism?, more and more movies are including sultry princesses and intimate scenes with hot and heavy actors! Bips is nothing but a queen who has certain followers. I liked her in: Jism and Aetbaar! I have not seen many of her movies but I certainly do admire her courage as a woman and her dignity! She acted best in jism. Showing off her amazing figure was one thing, but seducing and manipulating john Abraham made her performance perfect! She is very sweet but not too innocent!

And fifthly?

<KAJOL>she might be off-screen right now looking after her little angel of a daughter, but she will always be my classic favourite. It was because of actresses like her that got me fascinated with bollywood and I have been hooked ever since! She not only elegantly gorgeous but exceedingly talented! She began her career with the king khan and ended it with him! I liked her in: kuch kuch hota hai, dilwale dulhaniya le jayenge, Bazigaar, kabhi khushi kabhi gham?etc I think that she plays the hyperactive young girl quite well, like in kabhi kushi kabhi gham, where she breaks the ?expensive? vase and goes to apologise but instead makes another scene. She can be incredibly funny when she wants to and she can be serious when she wants to! On-screen personalities like hers are what bollywood look for. She will always have a group of people who dream of having masses of talent like her!
