There is something about this movie. Though the story is predictable, I like the direction. The film moves at its own sweet pace but not once did I feel its being dragged on. Saw many reviews which read that its a disappointing adaption from Charles Dickens'Great Expectations'. I wonder if those reviewers have even read that book;-)
Mystical Kashmir, Aditya Roy Kapoor & Tabu are the main highlights of the movie apart from few of its songs. There are guest appearance from Ajay Devgn & supporting roles by Aditi Rao & Lara Dutta. 2 of most melodious romantic numbers for me were Pashmina & Fitoor title track where Amit Trivedi & Arjit Singh have weaved magic. You might feel Aditya is being now typecast in an artist role in all movies but he added freshness to his character as Noor. Tabu rocked as Begum.
Its a short movie which does the story telling in 2 hours & was worth watching on Valentines day. If you are wondering why there is no mention of Katrina or her red hair in my review till now, iis because she is worth it:-D
