Fitness First in koramangala.Before going to fitness first, I was going to other gym and doing yoga to reduce weight.but it was for no use.then I came to know about fitness first from one of my friend.i went there to visit.by the time I went there till I came out the staff assistance was awesome.they described about various equipment and variety of classes that are taking place.
