It has been long since I was searching for a fitness gym to be fit.Then I came across Fitness First .It really good in all aspects.I joined for 6 months and it costed around 21k.Each and every individual will be a seperate trainer.
The attitude of the trainer is really good.They is a systematic method of exercising.They said that I can eat every food, all sort of non veg and all but we must not skip the exercise.Seriously the atmosphere is really good, full on music and visuals and all stuffs.There is also zumba dance which I loved a lot.And you will have a through check up of our body, fat content and all stuffs.In one month I have reduced about 4-5 kg.It is a real goot place for fitness.
