The fitbit flex is a fitness band that helps the user to track his day to day activity and fitness schedule .The fit bit band has sensores that count your steps you walked and calories you burnt. The band has LED motification lights that help in notifying the battery and also some call and message notifications. The design is like a strap and the sensor capsule is inside the band . There are 4 notification lights that tell different statuses. The band is durable and is tough built.
Drawbacks - As fit bit band is a fitness band but the biggest drawbacks are that it doesn't has any display that mean you can only retreive your activity status by connecting it with bluetooth to your device that is hectic.The next drawback is that the battery life is not so good as expected from a fitness band .
