I was assigned this book for an assignment in class, and I found out that its actually a really good book when you read it.This book is about a woman who owns her own organization and comes along seeing fishmongers doing there job and that made her wonder about her own organization and what she can do to improve her own organization and give her employees a different view of things.

I would recommend this book to anyone because it shows a person how to take responsibility for their own actions and become better people.Whether you are stuck working in a horrible working environment or trying to improve one.

I think that this book would inspire anyone to go and get up to change your environment.I think that this book is really influential to everyone because it shows people that if your life hasnt been going the best way it should dont give up and keep moving because somewhere in life something will come.
