Though my experience with Firstcry is overall good, I would suggest people to check the brand before buying from the site. Many of the products here are china make which looks good in the site but not so good in reality. The shipment company they have tie up with is not so good. Need lot of tracking and following up before they deliver the products many times.

Good site to order regular items like diapers/wipes/bath items. Would not think about products above 500+ from this site.

Most of the products that we procure are directly from national and international manufacturers and as such we do not have a control over the manufacturing of the products. We urge all our customers to call us for any queries regarding any products if they feel they would like to more information to make an informed decison. About the delayed shipping - almost 90-95 % of our deliveries happen within the defined TAT, however we face issues in some cases and for all such cases our team constantly follows up with the concerned logistics partner to ensure deliveries.
