Please stay away from the Company. This is with regards to Order no. 1260505NRZ6372481 placed on 23rd Sept 2014 by me; After tracking the shipment and calling the Customer care on a daily basis; finally my Shipment arrives on 30th Sept. My shipment was split into 4 and 1 of them to deliver with DTDC. After several days wait and receipt of 3 shipments on 3oth Sept.
I called the customer care on 1st Oct to check on the DTDC order. They do not repond to emails sent and the customer care you speak to is extremely rude and their answer to everything is Not Possible. They do not transfer calls to Supervisors and say they do not have an Authority to do so.
After tracking and checking the DTDC order they tell the courier has returned and they cannot resend another order. I will get a refund but it will come after 7-8 working days(looks like they need to make the money and deposit in the bank). Also, they will arrange a call back from the Supervisor but it will take 48 hrs( seems like they need to make 1 too).
I spent around 15-20 min on the call but no courteous gesture and there is no hopes at the end. They say as the courier company has returned the order which they do not have any information why; I will have to place an order again if I need anything from them.
I do not recommend anybody to deal with this company. This is the worst service received and I have no hopes of getting my money back instead losing more money by calling their Pathetic so called Customer service
