I have ordered few toys from firstcry and they have still not delivered after so many days
When you call their customer service no or their delivery partner both do not pick the phone.even if they pick the phone, they lie, they cheat you.
Do not undergo the problem I have been through
When I called them they say I was not at home to pickup the delivery whereas I have been at home.
Even now there is no clue when they will deliver.
