Dear All,
Recently last month I have purchased a MI 10000 Mah Li-Polymer Power Bank from Snapdeal on 13/01/2018, the committed the delivery will be before 21/01/2018. but after several reminders only they finally delivered only on 22/01/2018(monday) at the late evening.
On that night itself I got a condolence news and I am out of station for 6 days came only on that week Sunday. While going I have taken the power bank with me. Where I found that the Data Cable is missing in that product.
I have contacted snapdeal customer care and also raised an complaint on monday 29/01/2018 and they coolly refused to take back the product and informed that due date is over(mentioned as 7 days return policy). while calculating it is coming only on monday(29/01/2018). They have treated their delivery date(29/01/2018) itself also as one day.
how it was possible. normally we have to count from the next day onwards as 1 day from the date of delivery) they informed that it is counted as same day as 1day. If they delivered on night, whether it will be treated as 1 day. how?
and also they have charged more than the MRP Price of the product.
MRP Product price is Rs.1, 599/- they charged be Rs.1, 600/-(Rs.100/- more than MRP Product price) how.?
I enclosed the screen shots for your ready references.
The same product they were selling at a price of Rs.1, 299/-. They have cheated me.
Either they should refund the entire money and take back their product for what I have spend Rs.1, 699/- or
Rs.400/- diff. amount can to be refunded for the product.
Kindly resolve the issues at the earliest.
