I purchased some products from firstcry.com order id 3253804PHJ9738728 which was break into 3 parts and shipped to me, 1st two shipments have been recieived by me but the last part of the order whose aib no is 2DR09746686 have been still not received.
The orders have been placed on 18th last month and have been fully paid on 19th of last month that is a complete month has passed.
Whenver I email or call firstcry they say give us addittional 72 hrs we will update soon and arrange for delievery I have sent 5 mail and have called equal times every time they give 72 hour waiting period but no step is taken till now . This is a very bad customer support.
