I bought one bicycle which was in offer with hevay discount, ( Order No.: 1427884NSZ8636019) and the amount to be paid was Rs1328. But when the product came to door, the order number was changed and amount to be paid was Rs3036.
Then courier person told that he will not deliver the product and then I called up customer care, there I was told that it will take 24-48 hours to resolve the problem. But it never happened. Whenever we call they give standard reply, that your problem will be resolved in 24-48 hour. My child is so sad, that she lost interest to get her cycle. Shame on you firstcry. Com.
