Today is 2010 and I had placed a order for a book in 2004 that was available and immediately placed a order and paid amount. I then got a reply that the book is out of stock. I waited for months. Even after consisting followups my amount is not refunded and neither the book sent (I meanwhile also cancelled the order).
You do not even have a proper phone number to call them. All they will say is once amount is paid it cannot be refunded and we have to look for alternate books which is unnecessary expense.
There are many other websites out there who give assured delivery of books and this once can easily be avoided.
