IN 2001 I had ordered a book and got them as promised. In Dec 2002, I had placed order for 2 more books. Their website announced that these would be shipped within 1 day. However while my credit card has been promptly debited for the amount, the first book arrived after 3 weeks. I wrote to them saying that I wanted to cancel the order for the second book . They replied that they are now sourcing the book from abroad and it will be recieved soon. I now get another mail saying that it will take some more time. They will not let me cancel my order. Delivery dates as shown in their website are not honoured. I am really dissatisifed with their service. At Amazon.com you can cancel the order if the order has not been shipped. But it is not so here. ALso the custmer is debited only when the order has been shipped. I would suggest that the customer take the option of payment against delivery in order to avoid such hassles.
