31 Jan 07 - I got an auto reply confirming the order
31 Jan 07 - My credit card got debited with Rs 400 i.e. order amount
22 Feb 07 - My order was cancelled as the book is not available and I was told to buy something else in lieu from the site.
23 Feb 07 - I told the site that I was interested in refund and not buying another item
27 Feb 07 - I sent an email reminder. No reply
28 Feb 07 - I sent an email reminder. No reply
01 Mar 07 - I leave a message on the site itself. It bounced back with following code

13 Mar 07 - I sent an email reminder. No reply
14 Mar 07 - I call up firstandsecond.com. I am assured of action but nothing happened.
14 Mar 07 - I get a mail saying that, "this is to inform you that we had forward your refund request to our accounts department. The formalities will take atleast 7days as authorized signatory is not in Delhi"
22 Mar 07 - I sent an email reminder that 7 days are over. No reply
03 Apr 07 - I sent an email reminder. No reply
09 Apr 07 - Still waiting for my refund. The site still shows the item as available for purchase although my order was cancelled because its not available
