Few days back one of my friend send a parcel from me from Gujarat. They told I will at my in 3 days but even after 7 days I didn't get my parcel. I provide them my air way bill no. Receipt no but then also they don't have any clue about my they are sending me to their their 3 or for different office but I didn't get my parcel. And their customer service are also so bad finally I realised that my parcel had losted and it will be never back to me and it was not good to waste my time behind first flight courier
