Hi, I recently had a very bad experience with First Flight courier service. Being new to Chennai and the area ridden by torrential rains, I had to send my courier through these people. I sent it on 17th November and till date haven't received it at the destination.
Every time I call the customer care or any of the hubs I am given vague answers as to the location of the courier.. they even say that the vehicle has met with an accident... The document being of the utmost importance it had to be delivered in a day or two.. now even after 5 days there is no positive reply.
The worst part is I am being snubbed upon.. the owners at the origin where I deposited the courier just ignore my pleas and work as if nothing has happened.
So people be warned.. these people don't even have an office in many places and will still accept the courier and re-route it through the most longest path to be taken...It is the worst service ever.
