I have just one word for that courier service - HORRIBLE!
Their customer service phones are never answered, SMS tracking didn't work and their web site was down the whole day.
So basically I am here sitting with no information about my phone which is presently with the courier. They booked the courier on 18-Jan and it has been 3 days and no news about my phone yet.
First flight's transit time calculator told me that I will get it on 19-Jan itself. I have sent a mail to First flight regarding this and all I got was just a read receipt.
I can understand one day delay if that is properly communicated. But this is like your item is stuck in a black hole and you have absolutely no idea where it is, until it gets delivered to you!
