I am having shopping experience of 5 years, I have been using and seen almost all courier services in my city. FF is a worst courier company I have ever seen. When a shipment is sent to my address through FF, first they take 2 days to update in their systems. Then after 2 days they straightly enter that address is invalid (internal misrouting).
While other companies deliver in 2 - 3 days flat , FF never even delivers. I have to go to their office and collect my parcel, They don't even call me and ask me to come.
However, the address is clearly written on the parcel. This is a intentional way to avoid delivery of parcel. FF at chandra layout branch sucks!!
