I am still waiting for my Mother's medicine from this worst courier.
Even After 3 days of expected delivery I am still waiting for my shippment. After tracking on internet it shows "Insufficient address".
My worry is, if it is insufficient then why they accept his from source and if we forget this also then they have mobile number for Receiving person. Still I didnt even receive a call.
When ever I am calling to Customer care, they are telling call me after 30 mts. 1 Hour. 2 hour. like this because they have all the time their servers down.
My suggestion is to them that if they cant arrange proper configuration for server why they are cheating public with their bad system. They should stop the service.
My points are after talking with Customer care.
even if I am getting the status over internet on my machine they dont have access in First Flight office. Strange.
They are not ready to hear the reason for non delivery untill they are not able to see on their bad system.
They are not able to tell the time when it can be corrected.
In case of any insufficient information also they will receive the shippment.
If it has some issue to deliver then also they dont intimate the receiver.
Big issue is, if you try to reach them on phone then after a hold of more than 5-10 minutes, may be you can connect.
Can any one tell even a single reason to use the services of first flight? I will be thankful to suggesting Smart.
