I recommend you not engaging with the First Flight couriers. The staff is not responsive about the deliveries and on top they say please check on the website. Have a very bad experience.
A courier even from normal delivery mode will not take more than 3-5 days to get devilered across India. But with First Flight even the staff will not be able to track your goods once dispatched. Have been writing continously mails to One Mr. Pradeep to track the good and get it delivered. He has a standard answer please wait. Even after escalations they are not able to service the request.
