This is the worst courier company. They should change the name from COURIER SERVICES TO POSTAL SERVICES. It takes double the time the usual courier company will take.
Other than the usual service the company cannot provide, here are ==more reasons not to opt for their services, ==
-Charges are much higher than usual
-Staff is uncooperative
-No body will answer your phone calls and if they do, they give you another number to call on and enquire.
-Sending an email to Corporate office also doesnt help
-the authourities of the company are least bother about customer relationship, just like the staff.
