The worst service ever seen. The consignment with no(M991B5177624) has not yet been delivered and the tracking status too not updated since 3rd April. It was booked on 30th March, assuring that it would get delivered before 1st April. After contacting the local office, they lied saying that Bangalore office was closed due to Ramnavami. I doubt the consignment might got misplaced and these people are buying time to locate it.
